G) Automated lubrication system with controlled grease block to grease heavy duty main drive bearing, pin bearing & labyrinth seals – (#1 lithium based grease) – 5 gallon pail lasts about 3-4 weeks – jack shaft bearings manually greased after every grease pail replacement – grease system on timer that runs every 20 minutes for 20 seconds
H) Heavy duty Martin vibrator installed to shake outer & inner cones on adjustable timer
I) Portable unit – heavy duty beam chassis with triple axle assembly with brakes and air bag suspension; 18” x 34’ feed conveyor; (2) 18” x 24’ discharge conveyors
J) Wear liners – high chrome liners on rotor table & sides, lower fan blades and upper inner cone; ¼”chromium clad on ¼” AR plate upper fan blades; 3/8” thick 35durometer steel backed liners on separator lid & upper outer cone
K) Outer & inner lower cones manufactured with ¼” AR400 plate
L) Electrical controls – Allen Bradley starters, timers and main breaker mounted in NEMA 4 panel with start/stop switches installed on outside; Cutler Hammer AC inverter variable frequency drive with remote pod; 5Kva transformer for 110 V receptacles; 150’ of power cord; all mounted on removable panel stand with rain hood
M) Caged ladder access from ground to top of separator
N) Two (2) doors on top of separator for access into the machine for inspection and maintenance
