Hunter Quarries

In order to increase production capacity, GCS were called in to redesign the existing plant layout. After numerous sites visits, the proposed layout was agreed and the order placed for the plant. Consisting of a new cone crusher, VSI and flat screens, the new plant was installed within a 3 month time frame while the old plant remained in production. Contact us

Cotter Dam

A 600 tph fully modular plant designed, engineered, fabricated and installed by GCS to meet the tight tolerances of the roller compacted dam. The entire plant had to fit within a 22m x 45m building whilst have the flexibility to produce a wide range of materials. Contact us

Global Crushers replaced the vibrating grizzly feeder, primary jaw crusher and associated steelwork within a 30 day time frame. A Lippmann 6228 feeder and a Lippmann 3862 jaw crusher were installed on steelwork designed and fabricated by GCS. During this period the mill was kept running with mobile equipment supplied by us.
